Should our organisation be approached by a new customer's GP representative body with a new customer care enquiry, that would need to be government funded by social services a wider sectortheir role is to liaise with our organisations supervisors myselfwho will assess the care needs in an initial assessment and relay how many hours are needed in order to deliver the care needs.
A social services representative will then need to agree on how many hours they will fund and how many hours may need to be supplemented by the customer.
